Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Export Operations Specialist. This role supports global export operations by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across order management, documentation, and regulatory processes. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills to effectively manage day-to-day operations and partner interactions.
Position Description:
The Export Operations Specialist is responsible for processing sales orders, running reports, resolving exceptions, and managing export documentation to ensure compliance with trade, FDA, DEA, SOX, and GxP requirements. This individual will collaborate with internal teams and external affiliates to ensure seamless order fulfillment, timely communication, and accurate reporting. The role also supports process improvements, issue resolution, recalls, and system testing, while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and service standards.

Qualifications/Skills:
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Professional communication skills across phone, email, and written correspondence.
Knowledge of export operations, trade compliance, and documentation processes preferred.
Experience working in regulated environments (FDA, DEA, SOX, GxP) desirable.
Ability to analyze data, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate records.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
