Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst. This contract role is critical in refining user stories, supporting product development, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical, analytical, and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.
Position Description:
The Product Analyst will work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to refine requirements, support testing efforts, and maintain documentation. This position requires strong skills in JIRA and Confluence, as well as the ability to create visual artifacts to support clear communication across stakeholders. The analyst will play an active role in driving workflows, supporting agile practices, and contributing to the overall success of product management activities.

Qualifications/Skills:
Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence for task management and documentation.
Ability to create diagrams, workflows, or other visual artifacts using tools such as draw.io or Visio.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies and user story development.
Basic technical knowledge to support testing and technical activities.
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
