Overview

Position Description:

  • We are seeking detail-oriented Customer Support Agents to assist with a 6-week project focused on updating BIOS on customer computers. Agents will be responsible for contacting Parson’s customers, scheduling appointments, and completing system updates within the project timeline. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential to ensure all updates are completed within the 6-week period.

Responsibilities

  • Call customers to schedule BIOS update appointments.

  • Use Microsoft Outlook to coordinate and confirm appointments.

  • Perform remote login sessions to complete BIOS updates on customer computers.

  • Open, manage, and close customer tickets within Salesforce.

  • Track and manage daily workload to stay aligned with project deadlines.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile:

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous customer service or technical support experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook (calendar and scheduling).

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar ticketing systems.

  • Ability to perform remote login tasks on customer systems.

  • Strong communication and time management skills.

Salary:

  • $18.00/Hour

Location:

  • Farmers Branch, TX
    • On Site with the potential for hybrid schedule after first two weeks.

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
