Perform remote login sessions to complete BIOS updates on customer computers.
Open, manage, and close customer tickets within Salesforce.
Track and manage daily workload to stay aligned with project deadlines.
Previous customer service or technical support experience preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook (calendar and scheduling).
Experience using Salesforce or similar ticketing systems.
Ability to perform remote login tasks on customer systems.
Strong communication and time management skills.
