Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Specialist to join the User Enablement team within Hearst Technology Services. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs that empower employees to enhance their skills and achieve organizational goals. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, create engaging learning materials, and implement innovative solutions. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, building resourceful documentation, and communicating regularly about technologies. This role will sit within Hearst Technology Services (HTS), reporting to the Sr. Manager of User Education & Engagement. This role will predominately support an application used primarily by the Hearst Television (HTV) Business.
